VOLTRA Synth Privacy Policy

VOLTRA Synth is developed and published by Another Machines. This Privacy Policy applies to the VOLTRA Synth iPad application and its AUv3 Instrument extension.
VOLTRA Synth does not collect personal data through the app. Core synthesis, audio processing, modulation, preset generation and sequencing run locally on your device. No account is required and no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics service is included.
Data Collection
VOLTRA Synth does not transmit personal data, device identifiers, usage activity, audio, MIDI, presets, sequences or other creative content to Another Machines.
The app does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, attribution systems or third-party telemetry services. It does not track users across apps or websites.
Audio and Creative Content
Audio processing, synthesis, preset generation, modulation and sequencing are performed locally on your iPad. VOLTRA does not upload, inspect or remotely process your audio, MIDI data, presets, sequences or other creative work.
When VOLTRA is used as an AUv3 Instrument, the compatible host application controls the audio and project workflow. The host application's own privacy practices are governed by that application's developer.
Local Storage and AUv3 State
VOLTRA may store user presets, preferences and application state locally on your device. The AUv3 extension may store plug-in state inside the project or storage managed by the compatible host application. This local content is used only to restore your settings and creative work.
File Import and Export
VOLTRA supports user-initiated preset and expansion import and preset export through the iPadOS document picker or sharing interface. The app accesses only the files or destinations you explicitly select. VOLTRA does not silently scan unrelated files and does not transmit selected files to Another Machines.
Device Permissions
VOLTRA does not request access to your microphone, camera, location, contacts, health data or photo library. It does not request permission to track you.
Advertising, Analytics and Third-Party Sharing
VOLTRA contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking service. Another Machines does not sell, rent or share app-collected personal data with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties. No third-party service receives personal data from VOLTRA.
Apple Services
App Store downloads, purchases, TestFlight distribution and optional diagnostics provided by Apple are operated by Apple and are governed by Apple's own privacy policies. VOLTRA does not add a separate data-collection system to those Apple services.
Data Retention, Deletion and Privacy Choices
Because VOLTRA does not collect personal data through the app, Another Machines does not maintain a server-side account or personal-data record for VOLTRA users.
User presets, preferences and saved state remain on the device or in the compatible host until you delete them using VOLTRA, the host application or iPadOS, or until you remove the associated app or project. Device backups and App Store records are managed by Apple according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's policies.
No consent is required for app-based data collection because VOLTRA does not perform such collection. If a future version introduces a permission or data practice, users will receive the required notice or system permission request, and this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release.
Support Communications and External Links
VOLTRA may open the Another Machines website in your external browser. Website activity is separate from the VOLTRA app and is governed by the applicable website policy.
If you contact Another Machines for support, we receive only the information you choose to provide. That information is used to answer your request and is not collected automatically by VOLTRA.
Children
VOLTRA does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.
Security
VOLTRA minimizes privacy risk by processing sound and creative content locally and by avoiding unnecessary accounts, network services, analytics and tracking technologies.
Changes to This Policy
If VOLTRA's data practices change, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the affected version is released. The current revision date will always appear at the top of this page.
